”quality control”

(noun) The action of checking products (things that are built) to make sure they have been made well.

Examples: 

We had to revise our quality control procedures when we began to get reports from customers that they were buying broken products.

Last week the computer company’s Quality Control Team found a major defect in its newest computer chip.

    Chris,
    Good example sentence about quality control!I think we can say more things about quality control.
    for example, quality control is a process that set up the specification,check the products,identify the problem (if there are problems),and fix the problem.
    we check products and collect data, we are measuring. until we find the way to fix the problem and measure the outcome, we finish one cycle of quality control process.
    Chris, You are the best English teacher I have met. Thank you for your incredible teaching.
